The estate features 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, each bedroom with an ocean view and walk out deck.  All bedrooms feature a plasma TV, DVD player and alarm clock radio for your enjoyment.  Wireless internet access is available in every room of the estate.

For those exercise enthusiasts you will enjoy your own private exercise room complete with treadmill, elliptical machine, free weights and floor mats as well as a stereo for your workout.

The recreation room features a pool table, plasma TV and refrigerator to stock your favorite drinks.

There are three master suites, each with a king bed, walk in closet and spacious elegant bathroom featuring modern style and design.  Enjoy dual sinks, a jet tub and a glass shower complete with ocean view.  Shower with the window open or closed! 

Upstairs on the mezzanine level you’ll find an interior balcony with outside deck access as well as two bedrooms and one bathroom.  Again, each bedroom has an ocean view and walkout deck and is equipped with its own plasma TV, DVD player and alarm clock radio.

If a gourmet kitchen is what you’re looking for than you’ve come to the right place!  You’ll find everything you need to make the fanciest gourmet meals including cookware, flatware, dinnerware, glasses and brand new stainless steel appliances.  If you are in the mood for making a cocktail you’ll find a blender, glasses and even a bottle opener.  The open style kitchen makes entertaining easy as you have full views of the great room and upstairs balcony.  If you’re not in the mood to cook, treat yourself to an in-home chef to prepare some of the most delicious local West Indian dishes. 

Sure there is a flat panel TV in nearly every room of the estate, but for the best movie experience enjoy the privacy of your own personal media room.  Here you’ll find recessed movie lighting, a movie screen, DVD player, and a high end full audio surround sound system with large subwoofer.  With the drop of a shade you will be in total darkness and feel like you are at the movies.  Best of all you can watch a movie at any time and be in total privacy.  This is also a great place for the kids to disappear if needed. 

The main entrance to the estate opens into a welcoming Great Room with vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and glass doors letting in an extraordinary amount of light and highlighting the breathtaking ocean views.  You will find a large plasma TV in the great room viewable also from the kitchen.  An eight person kitchen table awaits your dining experience as does the additional dining bar off of the gourmet kitchen, seating for 5. 

The estate comes complete with your own office. Here you'll find a personal computer (with internet access), printer, fax machine and phone. There is also wireless internet access throughout the estate for your convenience. And of course, don't forget the beautiful ocean view.

Don’t worry about having to go somewhere to get your laundry done.  You have your own laundry room complete with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. 

The outside is, of course, the favorite spot for hanging out – day or night.  Relax in the hot tub, cool off in the pool, get a tan or fire up the patio grill.  I can smell the burgers already!  A breathtaking infinity edge pool overlooks the captivating ocean view with tree top jungle below.  Built on the backside of the pool enjoy the warm waters of the hot tub.  Numerous chairs scatter the patio, perfect for relaxing or getting that tan you’ve been wanting.  For those needing some shade there is no need to worry because the main level deck is covered and there is a covered terrace next to the pool.  The covered terrace also features a grill making your outdoor experience more pleasurable.
